How to connect MoveMate to your AI assistant

Install the MoveMate plugin from the ChatGPT plugin directory. Works on web, desktop and mobile once installed.

1. 1Open the MoveMate plugin page in ChatGPT.
2. 2Select Install plugin (or the + button).
3. 3Sign in with your MoveMate account and approve access.
4. 4Start a new chat. Type @MoveMate to call it directly.

Plugin page didn't open? In ChatGPT, open Plugins in the sidebar, search for MoveMate and open MoveMate: Gym Workout Tracker.

Add MoveMate from Claude's connector directory. Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile.

Prefer to add it by hand? In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the server URL.

In the Codex app, the same ChatGPT plugin listing installs MoveMate for Codex. In the Codex CLI, add the server with two commands.

2. 2Run the second command if a browser window doesn't open by itself.
3. 3Sign in with your MoveMate account, then start a new Codex session.

VS Code supports remote MCP servers in agent mode. Add MoveMate to your workspace or user config.

Any client that supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in can use MoveMate: Le Chat, Windsurf, Zed and others.
