Account Deletion & Data Removal

At MoveMate, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app:

  1. Open MoveMate app.
  2. Go to Profile tab.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice in the popup.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Personal Information: Your name, email, and profile picture will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Fitness Data: Your workout history, statistics, and custom exercises will be completely removed.
  • Account Access: You will immediately lose access to your account and all features. This action cannot be undone.

Important: Subscriptions

Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. Please ensure you cancel any active subscriptions through your device settings before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app or wish to request data deletion manually, please contact us at info@movemate.app. We will process your request within 7 business days.
